Investment policy
The AGIRE I’s investment objective is to provide investors with an attractive and sustainable level of income returns by investing in a diversified portfolio of Renewable Energy Assets in Europe.
Wysenergy’s market-oriented approach is based on the following basis:
- Primary focus on the deployment of wind energy projects in France;
- Outside of France the Team screens with great attention potential opportunities in the Euro-zone (particularly in Portugal and Spain) and Switzerland;
- The Team has specific know how on repowering energy infrastructure in the EU thanks to Wysenergy’s patented solution allowing for efficient replacement of wind turbines (exclusive agreement with biggest wind turbine generators provider);
- Project development strategy is based on three pillars:
- Acquisition of development projects in late pre-construction stage;
- Development of greenfield projects either alone or in co-operation with partners;
- Repower existing wind farm operation.
- The Fund is not intended to keep developed assets in the operation phase. The objective is to resell the turn-around assets, in most cases to energy operators.
