Wysenergy Team, Investment Advisor
Wysenergy is an independent renewable energy company specialised in the development and deployment of renewable energy production infrastructure, relying on the investment fund, AGIRE I SCSp Sicav-RAIF, located in Luxembourg, managed by our AIFM partner, IQEQ, advised by our lawyer and fiscal advisor, ELVINGER HOSS PRUSSEN, to enable the financing of development, acquisition and industrialisation of renewables infrastructure projects. The AIFM and AGIRE I have appointed Wysenergy as Investment Advisor to them, with regard to AGIRE I.
The team
AGIRE I benefits from a wealth of experience through Wysenergy (sponsor and Investment Advisor to AGIRE I), IQEQ (the AFIM) and all Partners.
Wysenergy is led by Thierry Boivinet, a senior and experienced professional with a strong track record who has over 18 years of experience in renewable energy. Thierry, is accompanied by other associated partners, who have been working together for many years, with large experience in renewables energy projects, entrepreneurship, and business management.
Depending on the context and opportunities, the development and deployment of our projects are managed either internally by Wysenergy operational teams or externally in partnership with other companies through joint development agreements.

Thierry, a Civil Engineer in Physics, is the initiator and founding partner of Wysenergy in 2020. Before that, Thierry used to be Director of development of TTR Energy, a renewable energy funds. And previously, he founded EIDEN, a wind farms & engineering office in Renewables Energy. He also held positions as Telecom infrastructures Deployment Manager for Mobistar, Specialist avionic, radar and CEM on military aircraft.
Thierry is the co-CEO of Wysenergy and is responsible for :
- project development, partnership identification anddevelopment, technology watch and administrative lawmatters;
- and will participate actively in the financial management and incertain matters related to infrastructure works such as, for example, the electrical connection.
Jorge AZEVEDO
Co-CEO
Electromechanical and software engineer holding an MBA. He is an experienced executive B2B and B2G Business Development, accustomed to Public Transportation Markets. It is not his first attempt developing large cross countries infrastructures: France, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Asia has already benefited from his work.
Jorge is the Co-CEO of Wysenergy and is responsible for :
- Management of the fund’s AIFM relations, investor relations, M&A transactions, energy sales contracts;
- Financial management, treasury management and the management of legal matters and issues other than administrative law.
External alternative investment fund manager (AIFM)
IQ EQ Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A., a public limited liability company (société anonyme) incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (the “AIFM”) has been appointed as the external alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) of the Fund by the General Partner. The AIFM is in charge inter alia of the risk management and the portfolio management function of the Fund. The AIFM will be responsible for the proper and independent valuation of the assets of the Fund.
